Abstract

Remarkably little is known about the early Holocene vegetation of landscapes within the Palliser Triangle or the process by which revegetation occurred after deglaciation. In recent years, some significant palaeoenvironmental information has become available from "non-traditional" sampling sites, especially dugouts being constructed for cattle watering.
